1. Booking Agreement

By booking a vehicle through Agadir Car Rentals, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A confirmation email is sent once your booking is processed.

2. Driver Requirements

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license issued at least 1 year prior to the rental date. International drivers must present their passport at pickup.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT, unlimited mileage, basic insurance, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Payment can be made in cash on arrival or via card (TPE).

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a fee equal to one day's rental.

5. Insurance Coverage

Basic insurance is included in all rentals. Optional full insurance, theft protection, and collision damage waiver can be added at checkout. Insurance does not cover negligent driving, traffic violations, or off-road damage.

6. Vehicle Use

The vehicle may only be driven by registered drivers. The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, or transporting illegal goods. Smoking is not permitted inside any vehicle.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a like-for-like fuel policy unless otherwise stated. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

8. Damages & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance. A pre-rental inspection is performed at pickup, and any pre-existing damage is documented.

9. Late Returns

Vehicles returned more than 1 hour after the scheduled return time will incur an additional day's rental fee. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate a late return.
